Main purpose:

This machine is suitable for crushing low to medium hardness materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, coating, pesticide, metallurgy, food, feed, plastics, tobacco, non-metallic minerals, graphite spheroidization, plant fibers, and recycled rubber. Working Principle:

The chamber of this machine is cylindrical, divided into upper and lower parts by a ring. The lower part is the intake chamber, and the upper part is divided into a crushing chamber and a grading chamber by a diversion ring. The crushing chamber crushes the material into fine powder and enters the grading chamber. The grading chamber can divide the fine powder into two specifications: standard and non standard particle size. The standard fine powder is sucked out through the discharge pipe and collected by the cyclone collector. The fine powder that did not meet the standard falls back to the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the diversion ring and continues to be crushed until it meets the standard.
